If a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion of his/her personal information (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law because the personal information is not true, the Shop will, upon confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself, make the necessary investigation without delay, correct the content of the personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and notify the customer to that effect. Based on the results, we will correct the content of the personal information and notify the customer to that effect (if we decide not to make such correction, we will notify the customer to that effect).

However, this does not apply to cases in which the Shop is not obligated to make such corrections, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

If we receive a request from a customer to stop using or delete (hereafter referred to as "stop using, etc.") his/her personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law on the grounds that the personal information has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use publicly announced in advance or has been obtained through deception or other wrongful means, we will stop using or delete the personal information without delay after confirming that the request was made by the customer himself/herself. If it is found that there is a reason for such a request, the Company shall confirm that the request is made by the customer himself/herself, suspend the use of the personal information without delay, and notify the customer to that effect. However, this does not apply to cases in which the Shop is not obligated to cease use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
